What do we do?

We meet directly with sellers who are looking to retire and help them through the process of selling their business to us. We'll work with you to evaluate your financial needs, value your business, and come up with financial solutions that will be mutually beneficial.

We also work to understand the nature of your business and determine if your business is a good fit for our management. We evaluate the strength of the businesses, key employees, operations, and management team to ensure your business meets our criteria.

Once we achieve mutually beneficial deal terms and a sale is complete, we set up a transition plan. In 6-12 months, we transition ownership and operations to the new owner and continue operating the businesses under the guiding principles that led you to success. All while ensuring your legacy remains intact and that the company you built continues to honor you as you enjoy the freedom of a financially secure retirement.

Who can we help?

We're looking for a lot of different types of owners to help, such as owners who:
- Haven't had good luck in the past selling their businesses on the open market.
- Never thought of selling, but are interested in exploring the option further.
- They are concerned about selling their business to a stranger and want to build a relationship with the new potential owner.

We prefer to work with businesses that meet our specific criteria. Our criteria help to ensure that the final deal is mutually beneficial. Of course, we may consider businesses that don't meet one or more of our parameters, but only on a case-by-case basis. Our general criteria are listed below.
